the staff was genuinely helpful and available whenever needed. the location proved convenient, with seamless access to key attractions. i definitely recommend this hotel.
the light switch system was quite confusing. it seems to take a while to figure out how to operate it properly. i hope this issue will be fixed soon.

the staff displayed a kind demeanor. the room included a lovely skylight. it added a romantic touch to the space. the room was also impeccably clean. i felt a sense of peace there.
the light switching system felt confusing. it was difficult to manage the different lights. also, i found that the window did not seem to lock securely. i felt a bit uneasy about this. there were some noises as well. it disrupted my sleep.

i was happy the hotel offered the basic amenities i needed. the front desk staff were genuinely helpful with directions. the location suited me because i enjoy exploring by foot (it is how i experience the city!). metro access nearby made it easy to get around.

amazing stay!

i had a really wonderful stay. the hotel was clean, which i loved! the staff were friendly and cute, always ready to help. breakfast was also excellent with high quality food and a great selection.
The room was tiny. I think staying there with two people would be tough. the hotel has a very strong perfumed mint smell, which i didn't enjoy much.

the staff are helpful and polite. they gave suggestions about beers and food. the location near lots of bars and restaurants is great. the room was clean and had everything I needed.
the room was very small. turning of the lights wasn't super easy. the shower facilities felt quite basic. i found the lack of vegetarian options other than a salad limiting.
